What is a .p7m file?
A document wrapped in a PKCS#7 / CMS envelope with one or more digital signatures.
Is opening a .p7m file free?
Yes. Opening a single file is free. Batch opening and conversion are premium.
Are premium tools locked?
Yes. The client calls the server to consume a paid credit before batch extraction or conversion can run.
Do you verify legal validity?
p7mReader extracts content and displays certificate metadata. Full eIDAS validation is a separate trust-service feature.
